Paul leads a 3-night / 4-day yoga, prānāyāma and tantra retreat weekend at Red Mountain Resort in St. George, Utah. Nine meals included (Friday dinner, Saturday all three, Sunday all three, Monday breakfast & lunch), three nights (both single and double occupancy rates available), all practices, workshops and teachings with Paul, along with all amenities at the resort included!

Desert Oasis King
Relax and unwind in our Desert Oasis King. This room includes a king bed and a generous bath area. Appointments include a writing desk, telephone, satellite TV, deep soaking tub/shower combination, hairdryer, coffee maker, valuables safe, refrigerator, and comfortable robes. This cozy room accommodates up to 2 persons. All Red Mountain guest rooms are non-smoking, with select rooms being pet-friendly. Rollaway beds are not available.
Desert Oasis Double
Our Desert Oasis Double features two full sized beds and a generous two sink bath area. Our Desert Oasis rooms are surrounded by lush landscaping and calming water features. Appointments include a writing desk, telephone, deep soaking tub-shower combination, coffeemaker, satellite TV, hairdryers, valuables safe, refrigerator and cozy bathrobes. This room accommodates up to 2 adults. Rollaway beds are not available. All Red Mountain guest rooms are non-smoking, with select rooms being pet-friendly.
Luxury Villa King
Enjoy 600 luxurious square feet of living space with a king bed, all the amenities of our Desert Oasis Rooms, plus a natural gas fireplace, balcony or deck, and master bath with oversize shower and soaking tub in our Red Mountain Villas. This room accommodates up to 2 adults. Sorry, no pets or smoking in any Red Mountain Villa.
Luxury Villa Double Queen
This Villa provides two queen beds, all the amenities of our Desert Oasis Rooms, plus a natural gas fireplace, balcony or patio and a master bath with oversize shower and soaking tub in nearly 600 square feet of comfort. These private villas accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Sorry, no pets or smoking in any Red Mountain Villa.
